I spent the last 4 years at Crumbl building their video content engine. My job was to turn a scrappy startup team into a media powerhouse that grew to be bigger than Nike and Starbucks combined on Tiktok. Here are a few numbers of growth resulting from my leadership:

My leadership tenure included:
Owning brand visuals and quality for all customer-facing video content
Hiring, mentoring, and leading a team of 8 at our largest point
Building our in-house studio, including managing budgets for equipment, productions, and our in-house motion control robot.
Sitting weekly on social, brand, and marketing councils with executives and other senior leadership to align on strategy for all customer-facing campaigns.
Spearheading and training the entire branding team in adoption of 3D, 2D Motion Design, and Artificial Intelligence tools, including manually building custom AI API tooling.

Summer is here! The weather isn’t the only thing getting hotter. Crumbl’s sales saw a massive spike after this ad went live. That momentum carried for an entire year after and changed the trajectory of all their campaign ads.

Cookies are great, but how about all the other desserts? Crumbl moved to take over the dessert space, introducing cakes, pies, and more in a visual display that emulated a news tabloid covering the story.

Fast cars on a track. I crafted visuals to highlight the speed, the thrill of the race, overtaking other drivers. This ad was created to fill the viewer with adrenaline and get them excited about driving their own supercar.
